Wright’s Mixed Grain bread mix is suitable for vegetarians and freezes well.  It is available in a yeasted 500g and available as an un-yeasted version in 12kg but called Multi Grain. With the addition of sultanas, nuts and even apple, this mix can be used for the production of muesli bread.
